1. Agreement to Terms

DK Marketers provides marketing services for remodeling, building, and contracting businesses, including SEO, paid advertising management, website development, content production, and lead follow-up systems. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to required accounts and assets, and prompt feedback. Delays in providing materials or approvals may affect timelines and results.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are invoiced as set out in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt and advertising budgets are billed separately from management fees. Late payments may result in a pause of active campaigns.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Marketing outcomes depend on market conditions, competition, pricing, sales capacity, and other factors outside our control. Any figures, case studies, or examples shown on this site are illustrative and are not a promise of specific results.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by DK Marketers and may not be reproduced without written permission. Deliverables created for a client transfer to that client upon full payment, unless stated otherwise in the service agreement.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, and CRM providers. We are not responsible for changes to their policies, pricing, algorithms, or account actions taken by those platforms.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice period stated in the service agreement. Fees earned prior to termination remain payable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DK Marketers' total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
